Site Supervisor – Solar Rooftop Installation Sector

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for all construction engineering works.
• Review/comment on engineering deliverables and monitor the progress of the design to ensure it is completed within the schedule.
• Review and comment on all documents related to engineering that are suitable to the solar rooftop standard of VN and IEC standards and installation method.
• Review and approve shop drawings and design reports, and manage all the filed changes.
• Interface with partners, sub-contractors, and all disciplines.

Requirements

• Engineering background, prefer automation / electrical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar rooftop installation / renewable energy sector.
• Able to communicate in English and Vietnamese, plus Chinese speaking is an advantage.
• Required experience in Project management, design such as AutoCAD 2D/3D, Sketch up, BIM, Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and solar systems such as PVSyst, Helioscope and Solargis.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, project management, detail orientation, clear reporting skills, high sense of emergency.
• Good knowledge of HSE standards.
• Flexible and able to travel across Vietnam for projects.
